My package finally showed up, but it took way longer than I expected, I was annoyed by the wait

I’m still waiting on my refund it’s getting frustrating. I don’t have time to keep chasing this around, so the whole thing has just felt rushed and annoying.

I did end up getting my refund, so that was fine, but it took longer than I thought it would. I had to wait around a bit without much clarity, and that part was weird. Overall it worked out, just not super smooth

I ordered from Hey Marly and, surprisingly enough, the color was actually close to the website photos. It looked maybe a tiny bit darker in person, but not enough to make a big deal out of it. i was just glad it didn’t show up looking like a completely different item, which is apparently too much to ask from some shops. Took off one star for the slight difference, but overall I’m happy with it...

I wanted to like heymarly.com. I really did. But using it was kind of a pain.

Some pages felt slow. I had to click around too much just to find basic stuff. The menu wasn’t very clear either, especially on my phone.
It looks good at first. But it doesn’t feel smooth to use. Not terrible, just needs work.

I ordered my usual size, but it fit so weird on me and was tight in a few awkward spots. i felt kind of embarrassed trying it on because it looked nothing like the photos. Frustrating overall, and I really wish the size guide had been more accurate.

I was a little hesitant to try this because I’m loyal to my usual brand, but the quality ended up being decent overall. It feels well made and does what I expected. I’m not totally ready to switch favorites yet, but I’d definitely consider buying this again.

I ended up ordering from heymarly.com because they actually had the shoes I wanted in my size, and I’d already checked a few other sites where they were totally sold out, so that was a nice surprise and the product pages made it easy to see what was available without having to click around forever.
I’m giving 4 stars because one color I really liked was out of stock and it took a while before it came back, which was a little annoying, but overall the selection was good and I was still able to find something I liked, so I’d probably shop there again

They looked nice when I got them, but i don’t have the patience for shoes that start falling apart after two wears. The sole already started peeling, which is ridiculous.

I’ve liked HeyMarly for a while and wanted to keep being a loyal customer, which is probably why this was so frustrating. I reached out about my order and it took ages to get a response. When they finally did reply, it didn’t really feel like they had read what I wrote, so I ended up having to explain the same thing again. I still like the brand, but the customer service experience made me question ordering again...

I really like the look of the design, it’s cute and has a nice, clean style. I do wish there was a little more detail or something extra to make it stand out more, though. Overall, it still looks really nice and I’m happy with it.

The box came a bit dented, so packaging was just okay. Nothing too bad tho, but it could of been packed better.

My order ended up arriving later than expected, which was frustrating because it felt preventable. The tracking worked well enough to keep me somewhat updated, but overall the delivery experience could’ve been smoother

These shoes are so comfy it’s kind of ridiculous. The first couple wears took a little breaking in, but after that they became my go-to pair. I’ve walked around in them all day and my feet weren’t screaming for mercy by the end, which feels like a miracle. I wear them constantly now

I feel like I paid way too much for what I got. There just wasn’t enough value here, and the whole thing felt avoidable if I’d known what to expect.
